I would like you to think about changing the tagline to the shorter version (Effective Process Improvement). My understanding is that the top ranked entry can provide updates. If possible we would like to see that subtle change .... again if that is true. I can re-rank to have yours as the top ranked item once you are ready so you can upload the change.
