We still like this hiker idea! Maybe just one or two hikers at most and no background? Also, the majority of our visitors are not actually backpackers. The solid simplicity of #382 is good but the hiker in #180 seemed more of an every day hiker. I hope this is making sense!

just a few word to say: the hikker or people in my new version symbolized the idea of discovery.

A new job. i think perhaps this is too reducer to use an animal in the logo because the diversity of fauna and flora of your parks is too large. May be it could be the right solution to use american symbols like star and eagle. In the same time eagle means liberty, liberty we can feel by visiting your great spaces
