Not sure the logo is a fit. Not sure what it represents. Can you try something more sophisticated?

#22 is one of our favorites. Can you give me what you think it is? Can you make it so it is about the same height as the words. This will fit better for letterhead. Thanks

It's simply a wave (small swirl) going the opposite direction (arrow) as in upstream. The arrow also signifies growth and connectivity.
