It took me a couple of looks to see that you have combined the T&E - like to concept but i think that others would be confused as well. - I'd prefer to have events & .org in the same colour font but I 'm not too sure about the orange colour- its doesn't really do anything for me.
Its simple and I think i like that but i think i'd rather the font not be slanted and I need the font to be a bit more unique if that makes sense,
