thanks for your new comments, its really a great inspiration to create more ideas.
Here i submitted the logos according your Contest Brief. That you mention there "Performance consulting, instructional design and training for large and mid-sized corporations. Thats why i did that logo as performing as training in symbolically.
Now i am adding two designs here. one with the "instructional design" showing in the frame.
hope you will like this ideas, its really meaningful according your brief.
