The red and green in this logo remind me of Quizno's. I'd like to change at least the green.
The .com in the circle does not flow with the rest of the design. Please change or remove this.
The icon with the person in it reminds me of some type of hospital care logo. I do like the idea of an icon in the logo, but the one you're currently using does not fit the theme of the blog.
Remember - getting fit, accomplishing huge goals in life, personal achievements, doing way more than the average person thinks is even possible, succeeding - these are the themes of the blog. Think of a warrior attitude!
