We both really like both of these but prefer #48 As it seems to have a cleaner feel. Although we really like it & it would work great on the website & screened promotional products like water bottles, coffee mugs, etc. I worry about how it would translate when it has to be embroidered on a small space like a hat.

I think you might have to consider having a simpler version of a logo for embroidery purposes which would be better suited for use on hats but is still recognizably the same logo. I have produced two new versions in which I have thickened the outline on Rock Life, removed the graduated blue and changed the typeface for 'THE' and '.COM'. The thin line at the bottom of #54 would be where the white would end if the logo was on a coloured backround. In #55 I have simplified the design further by removing the rocks at the bottom.
