Rock LifeLogo Design Contest

We are looking for more dramatic peaks in the background mountain, more jagged with white caps for definition, emphasis should be on Rock-Life together, THE and .COM are simply for the website and domain name, possibly creating the whole logo in some sort of oval shape, maybe with Rock above and Life below and the white capped mountain in the center. I like the way you set the THE and .COM off as less important, so these are both pretty good starts, although we may want to clean up and simplify the color combinations as well, maybe a bit less cartoonish-

the emphasis of this website and the branding must appeal to active, athletic, bikers, mountain bikers, hikers, climbers, white water rafters, skiers, snowboarders, and folks that enjoy the outdoors in the mountains.

Keep the ideas flowing, I would still like to see something with the words wrapped in a circular fashion, and try to work with the green and white color scheme, think trees and snow, thanks for the submissions so far, we appreciate each of your efforts.

I am wondering if anyone is able to make a play on the lettering perhaps the K and L to create the image from the lettering, perhaps a clean linear edge that implies the mountain as opposed to the more literal interpretations of the mountain as in 1-7 and 10.
