We raise money for the Arthritis Foundation

The logo needs to be a bear (preferably a grizzly bear). My father, who is the namesake of the foundation, was nicknamed "bear". I'd like the bear character to be prominent and the foundation name to be secondary. The focus needs to be the character. If the foundation name isn't incorporated, that's OK but if there is a creative way, to do it, that would be cool too. I want a logo that exhibits strength but is also a fun logo and retro in nature. The above colors are some idea but I'm open. In the past years for our annual event, I've used the California state bear on a trucker hat, which was a big hit, and used the phrase "The Bear" on a pair of tortoise shell Ray Ban's. The crowd we target for our annual event is a young, fun crowd and I anticipate that to persist...hence the need for a logo that is "fun" in nature but not goofy.
