I really like what you've done with #3, #4 and #5. Is there any way to incorporate the three distinct elements of our practice (investment management, retirement plan services, insurance solutions)?

The graphic on #6 really doesn't do much for me--I prefer the graphic is #5

#2 and #1 have too much emphasis on the "R" and the "L".

After seeing a few iterations, I think I prefer the image to the left of the text instead of being centered on top of the text (e.g., #5 and #16). Also, I think having a logo without "LLC" is a little cleaner.

I like the images on #15 and #24 the best. The others are good, but a little too "busy"--especially given the amount of text that will ultimately be in the logo. I'm looking for something that's striking, but also simple...

I really like #36 because the graphic is distinctive. I like #34 as well, but I'm not sure I like the arrow. Is there anything other than the arrow that you can include in the design?
