One thing that I believe you could improve is to emphasise more on NMF (that is what we call ourselves - not the long version. I feel that # 27 (trinova) have solved the use of arrows in between the letters in a very elegant way.
Could you possibly try to steal some inspiration from him?
I would rather have NMF and the slogan "new insight" in the logo than the whole name.

I'll try my best to figure out some other way to improvise with NMF sir, but i can't use any other designer's idea in the contest. it's breaking the rule. but inspired might be allowed.
