One thing I should mention, I think there needs to be some differentiation between team and burn-up. They are actually two words and burn-up may look better hyphenated.
I must say, you have a great ability to provide distinct variation and ideas with your concepts. #50 has a good concept of time with the use of the hourglass. I think the "time burning up" is a good concept. It actually reflects the true description of what team burn-up is designed to accomplish: tracking the time of the team and getting work done on time. However, this logo just doesn't fit well with the look and feel of quality and professionalism I am looking for. here may, however, be variation of this theme that would work well.
