Good concept! I like the layout and the color scheme. It is a bit abstract but I think I understand the symbolism. The cradle under the flame represents the T from team and of course the flame represents burn-up. I would prefer to see a bigger font for the name so on sub-pages within the site, it can be reduced to just the logo without the text. Maybe even variations in terms of layout like out to the right and stacked maybe?

After looking at this a bit longer, I think it is better said that I would like to see the font scaled to the image.

#51 is very similar to #8. It's nice in design and color, but not quite what I am looking for. I still like your previous entries better.
