This design is a simplified version of the type of tower that we have lots of in Denmark, on churches, castles etc.
I think it is uttermost important that the logo works in black and white before deciding on colour schemes. Situations where the logo is to be shown on either a black or white background can easily arise, and many colourful logos with complex gradients will not necessarily work here.

I just worked a bit more on the colour scheme, so here are a couple of suggestions.

Please note 24 is black and 22 is very dark blue.

Sorry for the many submissions, would be easier if they would allow us to upload a sheet with more variations. Anyway I came up with this new addition to the logo, which I think adds to the whole "lower prices" and "increased value" concept. I also rounded the edges slightly.

Or maybe something like this to use all the requested colours. Colours can be swapped, but I think I have more than enough submissions for now :-)
