The circle concept refers to group, sharing etc. The design is clever using the curve to replace the letter i in both words.

I've thought about this and in my professional opinion and icon is not warranted. A minimalist word mark is powerful statement, readable and relevant.

The idea here is the SHG with tag can be used as a standalone mark. The full company name with vertical bar can also be used as stand alone mark.

I did consider editing the Letter H and make the cross bar into a roof which is over-used and abused.
