There is something, anyway we are still far away.
The "u" gives quite good idea of a surprise.
Try working more on the font face and to put the focus on the "Z" instead of th "u".

Last, but not least, pay attention to color palette.

I'll give you more details later when I go back to the office and meet my colleague, but I would say is to work on the font itself, to make it more intriguing, try to explore the third dimension or to make the word explode of joy. :)

coming to submissions: #8 is funny, but we are not so keen on characters, while #7 is quite "straight forward" why not try something really different on the "Z" to make it more lively?

I'll try to post some reference when I'm in the office in the morning.

#19 different colors for the two part of the word "sur and prize".

#20 made the word exploded.

#21 different on the "Z" made stand out.

#22 different on the "Z" made stand out with different colors for the two part of the word "sur and prize".

#23 without the box behind the Z.

#19 is good.

#20 is good try but you should make it more armonic.

and get rid of the stars for something different :)

in the others I don't like the Z too much.

#49 arranged the letters more harmonic.
#50 changed the z with reversed s.
#51 made the letter z as 3D.
