Here are just a few ideas concerning the logo design:
There hasn't necessarily to be a recognizable house in the logo itself. It can be a very schematic display of a house, roof or window - or just the font with some vertical OR horizontal lines.
The font "Suisse des Immeubles AG" should be in the foreground, the font is the important object of the logo.
