Hi Juanm--thanks for the design submission! Really like the sense of motion with this guy, as well as the "water trail" underlining the type. Some comments on #17:
SHADING/SPOTS ON HEAD: to keep things simple, can you remove the shading/spots on his head?
TYPE: can you try a logo that looks a *bit* more serious? Would love to see how that makes the logo feel overall.
BUBBLES: Cute touch, but let's drop them for now to keep it simple (since the facial hair and hats we ultimately add will give it a splash of color and detail later).
SMILE: Without explicitly including a smile (like you did in #18), is it possible to make him look more optimistic/happy? It might just be in my head, but he looks a bit timid in #17.
