#26, my submission for your review and consideration. I've taken my cue from the tagline

Thank you so much, my bad with the tagline.... I had a friend tell me that with that tagline I would be missunderstood as a painting company.. and there you have it!
LOL
It is real estate.
With that said, I do like the colors, the boldness.
I'm not crazy about the red written in the door, looks like a SALE tag (cheap) (discounted) etc..

I know it is Real Estate company which is why I chose to use the brush it's different and not generic overused doors and windows...if you prefer traditional (safe) no probs however if you want to be different than the competition then I am your designer.

#46 is an intelligent & cool abstract door knob and plate stylized from the letter "R and S"

I REALLY like 46 and 48!
Is there any way to incorporate a heart into this. without losing the clean lines that you have created?

Another idea... hope you don't mind...
Can you take the heart out of the lock and do a heart water mark type thing behind the wording. Very faint. just a shadow.

Hi Ginger and thank you...you can end contest early by logging in you have the option to end contest it some where in your control panel..I am not familiar with the CH area but it's there somewhere..I've had several CH's end early in the past.

Thank you again for your work. I truly love the Logo.
A couple small changes to the wording???
1. Can we go with a font that is maybe slimmer in design or smoother.
at the joining parts of the letters it's slimmer and gets larger. I want something that is more static in size.
2. In #110 you seperated the base of the name from the logo with a line. I like that. I think I would like to see that actually tapered from bold in the center to a point on the edges, and possibly red (center) to black.
Also when I get these files, can I get seperate files for the Logo,the words red door real estate, the slogan and the watermark heart. Lastly can I also get transparent as well as regular files so that I can use this in several mediums. Signs, business cards, website, etc..

how do i see any final stuff? did i screw up?
