Thanks for the update.

I really like #98. I love its simplicity.

I think that #104 loses the simplistic charm of #98 when you add two spear tips.

Could I see what #98 would look like with a green spear tip?

I do not like the separation of the icon styled spear. I much prefer your previous submissions.

Thank you for the submission of #98, but my staff survey ranked others higher than your submission. The main recurring comment was that it was to simple and the other submissions were more modern and bright.

With how the arrow moves through the center of #260, it highlights the word "EAR", which makes me read ear first, or associate the word ear with the namesake of the company.

Unfortunately, the pictorial reminds me of the old Space Invaders video game, and is not the direction we are looking to go.
I am open to abstract designs, and have updated my design brief if you have some out of the box ideas.
