please clarify so you want the font used in the tagline for the company name?

I do like this concept. I like brighter colors and the sign in the background would need to be orange please. I like the name and font of the tag line. :)

minor update, still refinning

here is a minor update

My initial concept, The idea behind using an octopus is about multi-tasking in your industry.

I am working on more detail and a wee bit more feminine with the eyes. One or 2 of the tentacles will be holding traffic cones and grasping the text.
