Shiny Objects, LLCLogo Design Contest

Initially I was a bit confused as to how I could convey something serious and refined, yet cool and creative. So I quickly designed this rough concept which (I hope) conveys a balanced, sans-serif wordmark with more classic spacing but a few unusual little twists, and (especially when printed) able to convey simple “Apple-style” elegance.
