I like the colors and concept, but I'm not sure that it falls in line with the rest of my product logos. Also, if more submissions come in, drop the .com from Secure-Tunnel.com:

We would like a logo that is independent from our site logo, a product brand for that specific product, the Secure-Tunnel Logo is the entire product line (parent company).

Although I like this logo, having a lock does not condone fast reliable downloading, its only weighted to security.
