Maybe try a similar one with another font.

Maybe you could do the one your already sent us with a bit more color to define it. Trying to convince my biz partner that this is a contender.

Great new logo, the 2nd side of the home just gets washed out in gray. Just a bit darker of gray walls to be able to see the shape.

These are great. Try doing #74 with just slightly lighter gray on the right (not at light as #72)

I'd like to pay you a bit more to create that same psd graphic, but at 24 inches wide, 300 dpi, and also a 2nd one with the same concept, but dark gray background, white/green letters, and white/green building/steps. What would that cost?
