I like your concept here, the thought behind it and the colors, the people icon is a little more towards community lending, perhaps you could make the icons more fun, play with simplifying the logo, alot is going on around the "a"

modified the camera as seen in my entry #26. placed the silhouttes inside the lens. changed the font as well
