"Would like to see a slightly new direction in the submissions:
Open to more complex illustration, but remaining sort of abstract in nature. Would also like the submissions to be more masculine, to appeal to our donors, more than feminine, which is our clientele. So let's shoot for more professional, masculine kind of a look.
To avoid: any overtly religious or cliche icons (crosses, hearts, doves, etc).
