~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

#1 I want the character to look like a person not an abstract figure please. It can be just a head and/or torso and does not have to be a full body!

#4 I like how its just the head and no body, but the hair is not working for me

I'm thinking a sexy librarian or secretary feel. She is SMART, but not boring or a nerd. Can we see her winking or something? She should communicate that she has the "secrets" to living the good life!
