My submission, I've left off your last name Yamada, because "Beto" is such a cool and interesting nick name absolutely luv it. By just going with "Beto" we focus on the branding of your service as a single word rather than Beto Yamada long however "Beto" to is much easier to remember because is's catchy...

if we must but Yamada in no problem just let me know.

I've stylized the letter "b" to represent a pot which is pouring out one of your famous sauces.

The "beto" word mark is distinct and bold and is definitely a unique approach to branding your service and cuisine.

the letter "b" can also be used a s a stand alone mark which could be branded on aprons, gold shirts etc.

Please, leave exactly like that but just change the color. Brown and grey are nice but there's no much movement or cleanness.
