I like shadow, 3d perspective, 3d effect, glass texture.

Picture logo ideas: dollar sign, house, profit or sales chart, jigsaw cut form dollar sign or house with pieces coming together. I also like the concept of a 3d pyriamd showing the top 5% (cap) hovering above it representing the top 5%, and pyriamd represents how we use the keys of marketing in our approach (start with base of leads, move them up as you qualify them, then some move up higher into clients).

There should be no space between "RIchard" and "Roop" but maybe a logo between could work.

OK to drop tagline / slogan for more freedom of design

I have 3 companies, 8 products, 3 seminars and 4 services. I will be doing more logo contests soon.

All you designers are so talented! It is not fair that only one of you gets paid but I understand that is how it is. Thanks everyone. I will do more contests, giving some credit and consideration for your hard work if possible.
