i can't fully explain just yet, but my eye is drawn here...minus the tag line. we're obviously not worldly yet but will be so its representative of where we're going and the colors make it more appealing -- not a fan of the burnt orange, i don't think...or at least in these logos -- its also simple, nothing fancy..i like the spoon holding the globe, it is just different and i like its simplicity.

Can you possibly clean up the tag line a bit? Maybe a different font, as it's hard to read at this size.
