Very clever first design: love the diamond shape and the window on top. Can you play around with the initials - make 'em smaller and/or different color; maybe even different font? somehow this design doesn't have the punch/flair that I'm looking for but I can't quite articulate why. The second design is too busy, though I love the roofline you put on top.
