#28 is the bicycling tourist not only as a bike (arms and legs attached to wheels) but also as the 'R' on Radverlag. I added the backpack as to not be your typical cyclist, the racing type. I did the color blend so it might help break the word up into the 'Rad' and the 'Verlag' a little bit without capitalizing the 'V'.
#29,
#41 and
#42 all deal with the idea of motion and moving forward (similar to the thought behind the arrow hidden in the FedEx logo), not only physically with the cycles but with growth in your company.
#41 and
#42 have an 'e' that is the flipped version of the 'a' and so the arrows look like that letter is moving with it almost or through those 2 letters,
#42 nicely dividing the two words not only with color but with the arrows, the eye centering on the dividing point and giving it separation but subtly, still acting as the one word.
#40 is supposed to represent 2 cycles or 2 sets of tires/wheels made with the elements in the letters. This one can be one of the colors you liked with all 4 tires being the other color. The font can be made thinner too if the thickness of tire needs to be a little closer to scale of a cycle tire.
#44 has a similar concept of some of the others with the 'e' and 'a' flipped and in the negative space are little map points with green dots and these can be any color that compliments the main portion of the logo.
