1) Please include our slogan ("No Uncertainty") with your designs.
2) In terms of the text, we like that you made it all-caps and made the two words look distinct. The font isn't too bad, but it could be more "technological" or "scientific". Take a look at our current top picks to get an idea.
3) While we're not opposed to a grayscale logo, we are leaning towards a colored one, so you should probably try to incorporate one or two accent colors into your design.
4) The overall shape of the icon isn't too impressive. We are looking more for a 3D-ish image, with a distinct shape and subtle details. Right now we are also trying to get designers away from making icons that look like a stylized letter Q.
