Here is my design for Project V Stories.com. I think it communicates all of the goals listed.
1. Populism - Small pixel-like boxes symbolize individual people and their individual stories coming from their heart. 2. High Impact, broadcast quality - The logo is simple enough to work in various sizes and still be legible and work in different media formats. 3. Adventure - The "story pixels" extend from the heart and travel over and these pixels help from the "V" - Videos from all over that are collected at ProjectVStories.com.
I also used a non-standard font for "Project" that I adjusted to give it a hand-done feel but still look professional.
