My submission for your review and consideration. The icon is created from the letter "N and R" knocked-out with your helo and a distance mountain range with rolling hills in the foreground.

this is a 2 color design which is perfect for embroidery and or silk screen, as well as gradients can be added for web use...

The tag line is placed under the icon which is perfect if you wanted to use just the icon for T's and Ball Caps

Hello EastCoast Creative,
At first I was thrown off by the helo on the NR, but I am really starting to like it. I think the colors might be throwing me off. Could you try blues and green, gold and black, or others? I like the font. Also, could you add an "I" to the NR? It would read "NRI" for Native Range Incorporated. We are called Native Range by our clients, but when they use an acronym, they use NRI. Lastly, I think if the Cartoon portion was a bit bigger, the detail would of the helo in the NRI would stand out a bit more, and also like stretch out to the Native Range text below. Let me know if you have any questions, and I look forward to your next submission.

ECC,
I think the logo is creative and catchy, and the new color scheme is helping, but I am still concerned that the detail may loose some people if they do not take the time to really look at it. I have showed it to several people, and each person did not get it at first, but once they did, they liked it. Without changing the concept, can you try a few more color schemes to try to clear up what is going on inside the NR? I like the clouds, but people (including me) seem to take a while to discern the NR from the clouds.

Looking #106-
1) How would it look if the NR was changed to black, or
2) keeping the current color scheme, you outlined the clouds in black, or
3) make the mountains and horizon black and keep the NR as is, or
4) horizon line and NR are changed to black, but keep mountains as is.

Thanks,
John

I have updated the NR and removed background mountains (which you referred to as clouds) yes I agree just was to much going on
now it is more identifiable

Just so we are on the same page- what I am seeing in #106 is three rolling hills with white billowing clouds behind them, not mountains. I like the clouds or hills (to me they look like clouds), and do not want to loose them as you have done in #108 and beyond. I think the graphic and the text is great, but with the NR is still confusing due to all being one color. So, is there a way to distinguish what is going on in the graphic by:

1) outlining the clouds?
2) keep the graphic but remove the NR?
3) and/or change the color or the horizon line in relation to the hills.

I don't need to get caught up in the color scheme now if we can distinguish the scene from the NR. If we can clean do that and keep the NR, then great. If not, then lets try it without the NR.

Thanks for your submissions.

I see where you are going with this...The icon is altered

1. The mountain range now separate from the text
2. revised the knockout cloud formation is now officially clouds

it's late an I am heading offline

cheers

Simple black and white for layout only well adjust colours as required

update 1 as requested, however the NRI is combined it just looks and flows more effectively than each letter separated..

No clouds make the design 2 busy but can add back in if you wish.

update 1 as request..these changes do effect the cloud/mountain in the background because of the addition of the letter 'i"
