Font choice can be an issue as well overly heavy font with little space between section can be a problem for example the letter S if it looks more like an 8 on screen it may not be stitchable. This is why I've used a font that is readable at any size and easily reproduced.
I nnede to chime in hear but this is only a simualtion the result will differ on the background and having these colrs in this order there is not enough contrast. Same applies to the the blue version.

sounds good, to recap my design process for your logo is a makeover not a brand new idenity by using elements from the current design it's simply a matter of making the logo current.
