Of your entries I prefer #40. It's the right color palette.

Could I see a version with the mark at the left and type re-done on the right? Two reasons: It would parallel the Mallery Financial logo more, but the primary reason is pragmatic -- it's currently too vertical, takes up too much vertical space. I didn't specify that in my original instructions and should have <sorry>, but for my website re-design, I want the header to take up relatively little vertical space so that more of the home page content is visible without scrolling.

The bullet doesn't need to be a traditional typeset bullet; it could be spiffed, or even a created design element.
