Entry #1 - Roof top over name is very effective and good design but I have my heart set on a design based on old Enlgish commonwealth Lions and Crest logo that I'd like for you to update or abstract for 2010. Please take a look at uploaded word file and let your artistic license fly. I like that you have kept "PREMISE" to all caps as it is an acronym and "Realty"s not and should stay in upper and lower case. You're doing fine. . .
Wow! My jaw dropped open . . . I am delighted. VERY NICE! You are very close to my ideal. A couple of suggestions: the banner - Veni, Vidi, Veribles is latin for "I came, I saw, I sold". The order is important - "Veribles" must be last. Can you make a 2 swag banner and put "Veni, Vidi" on the left side and "Veribles" on the right side? I want the crest to have a house image on it. Can you put an image of a greek temple front with 4 columns? That would be the same roof top line in 1st logo with 4 columns under it. For the crown - can you look at the Winston cigarette pack crown (file attached) and do an image similar that is less spikey? Lastly, the lions look scary and my clients will have children. Can the lions have big lion paws instead of dragon feet? More plume on the tail end and less curly monkey tail look? Bigger ruffs around their neck - more like the "Dunhill" cigarette ad (files attached). You are awesome! Thank you.
Next version I like. Can you adjust the crown? The circle at the top of the crown makes me think of a mother with her arms around children. Pull the circle away from the crown and make it look like a jewel. Also, lion's feet still scary. Need paws. Thanks.
Very nice greek temple logo on crest. Can you give me a different choice on the crown? I'm not as big a fan of the circle crown as I thought I would be. The lion' spaws still look like eagle's claws to me. Is it possible to put paws on them. Also, the sign background will be bright red. Can you change the background to be red and adjust the other colors to look good against red? Maybe outline the white lions in black? You're doing fine.
After gathering feedback from clients and agents, I have learned they are confused by the lions and crest and did not know by looking at the logo that we sell homes. I apologize for the last minute change but I want to change concepts. I very much appreciate your concepts of lions and crest as they are beautiful but I would like to open up the logo to your artist's creativity. Do any type of logo you want with the only restriction that it must be on a red background for the aluminum yard sign, express the 3 top descriptions of logo: (class, prestige, upscale) and let people know PREMISE Realty sells homes. PREMISE is in all caps, Realty is in upper and lower caps. I have also extended the contest by 5 days to get us thru the weekend. Thank you very much.
I like entry #20 but the skyline looks like hi rise condos. We sell single family homes on with yards. Can you give me another concept for the house shape? Thanks
TRIDOSO; I still like Entry #15 very much. Would you mind taking a look at my uploaded file to see the lions in the images I copied? I want the lion paws to look like big cat paws. Right now they look like sharp eagle talons. Can you make the lion's chests bigger while keeping the waists small? The words "Veni, Vidi, Veribiles" can change order to allow "Veribiles" to be in the middle where it fits better and "Vidi" on the right. Can you make the background red like my aluminum signs will be and outline the white lions in black? The crest will need to be a black crest with white temple. The banner will need to be white outlined in black. Can you make these changes before the contest expires in 20 hours so I can see your concept before I make a final decision? Thanks so much.
Thank you Tridoso. This is almost perfect. A few tiny changes to color and we are there. Over here i n the states, we stick a 24"x18" metal sign in the yard of the house to sell. People who drive by have to be able to read it easily. Can you make the images easier to read by outlining the edges in black or white? For instance, can you make the background of the crest black, not red? Can you outline the lions in white so they show up on the red background like you did the banner? Or, make the lions white with black outline. Can you outline "PREMISE Realty" in Black and the crown in white so they contrast with the background? Thank you very much.
