Precision Systems Mfg. IncLogo Design Contest

Really excited about the quick response. Feedback from our team:

- Fonts being submitted are too close to what we currently have. We want to get away from fonts that are similar to what we have.

- We also want to get away from our current logo using the target symbol. Can we use another letter?

- Team was not crazy about dark backgrounds, for we want to use logo on printed pages and do not want to consume a lot of ink every time.

- Not opposed to the color blue, but would want a different blue.

We like the symbols with updated fonts

And, we also like the symbols used as font or as part of font.

We want to clarify on dark backgrounds. we are open to a tight background, where it is used to highlight the words, but not a huge block.

We remain very open to any new concepts. Looking at how we ranked some of the entries so far we re leaning towards:

- emphasizing the word "Precision"
- a logo that is more updates, but relates to our name
- Given the length of our name, keeping the entire affect as simple as possible.

We are now at our final 5 designers, and we deeply appreciate the work everyone has done. Thank you.

It is hard to rank in order, for who we finalize on is still very much open.

We do not have any general comments for the entire design community, other than we want to ensure that we do not retain design elements from our current logo. As you c an see, we discarded those already, and remaining designs are different enough.

At this point, we'd like to see variations that would make logo have meaning and be memorable. We'll send comments to individual designers.

We deeply appreciate all of the time and effort everyone put into making logo. Unfortunately we have to pick only one design. Everyone did great work, and it was hard to pick a ranking. Congratulations to our winner and ranked finalists! Best regards.
