You are definitely talented. I bet you win these contests pretty often. 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #73 Any other files i would need? 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #73 Thanks. This is perfect. i am happy that your daughters approve. The product works and i have patents -- now I need to get it commercialized so that I can quit my day job! Would it be possible to get the 1) vector file, 2) a file that has separate layers for confetti, cork/bottle, and text, as well as 3) black and white? 6 years ago quizas commented on #73 Thanks! Yes, Barcelona is a great city...for the turist :) I send you these two versions #73 with all the confetti at one orange and #74 with the curls with a little different orange( maybe I prefer this last version, but not sure) Yes, is allowed, only once the contest is over. I will send you my mail address for any problem or doubt about the logo and for future works. I have taught your product to my daughters and they liked it a lot, I think it's a great idea for to liven up the parties :) 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #72 Thanks again, Andy 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #72 I don't know if you do other designs outside logos, but if so we should exchange info. I assume that is allowed if it isn't a logo...? 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #72 I think this is the last iteration. Colors look great and it also looks good black and white. 1) Can we make all the confetti a single shade of orange? The piece of confetti that falls over the 'a' is good. Any other recommendations? I am very happy! 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #72 Hi Oscar, Barcelona is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the food and outdoor cafes. I actually had a lot of fun at the invention museum. 6 years ago quizas commented on #72 The blue-orange combination is many utilized at logo designs (see google images) 6 years ago quizas commented on #72 Hi, I send you this version. I think that the blue color of the bottle and cork has been a good idea. Please, let me know your comments. Best, Oscar 6 years ago quizas commented on #70 Hi, Sorry for the delay in responde, was night here (in Barcelona). I have to leave home about 4-5 hours now, as fast as I can I will send you these changes you proposed. I also think that the confetti need to be more larger and fewer units. All the best, Oscar 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #70 According to the internet, orange is fun and blue is trust 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #70 What do you think about my proposal? I will be selling this to wineries, so I want them to think fun but that their sparkling wine (and brand) will be protected by a functional cork as well. 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #70 Maybe colors like this? https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/5a/76_Orange_Logo.svg 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #70 Ok these look good. The feedback I got from my team is that we are almost there but a bit simpler. 1) the shape of the confetti plume is good, but can it be fewer, sparser, larger pieces? 2) can we try two colors? blue for the bottle and cork, orange for the confetti? Hope to convey trust in the cork/wine with fun in the confetti. 3) to make the black font stand out against the bottle, perhaps the white outline of the 'P' could be slightly fatter. Thanks, and I appreciate your work! I'd like to send you some samples when we finish up. 6 years ago quizas commented on #71 Hi, I send you this revised version. Also send a greyscale versiĆ³n #70 (I think that looks great this grey version) Please, don't hesitate to ask for any other improvement Best, Oscar 6 years ago quizas commented on #69 Yes, I will prepare the new version now. Please, don't worry about the changes, I really appreciate the clients who take their logo with love and dedication :) 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #69 typo above "and a bigger gap from the BOTTLE (distance of 1-2 letters). 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #69 In our logo, I think it makes sense to have a small gap (half the distance of a letter) between confetti and cork so that you can distinguish the cork if the logo is small, and a bigger gap from the cork (distance of 1-2 letters). Sorry to be so picky. Thanks, Andy 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #69 Here is a visual of reversed confetti plume, beccause the confetti actually shoots out of the back of the cork, after the cork shoots out of the bottle. https://i.redditmedia.com/B6d5XCiM9BuJ3yE74ws3VwEt_EmmvhX6l1ESE1Pq9p0.jpg?w=614&s=8644f7d5e6c303f768b5939ebc65e6e6 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #69 this looks good, thanks! A few thoughts on it. 1) can the bottle be faded a bit so that if I print in black and white it won't obscure the 'P'? 2) Can the cork be further right, ahead and clear of the confetti? Maybe it could be over the 'o' or final 'p' at the same trajectory you currently have. 3) Can the confetti be a bit further from the bottle and the plume direction reversed? 6 years ago quizas commented on #68 Hi, I send you two options (more and less confetti). Please, don't hesitate to ask for any other proof you need. Best, Oscar 6 years ago quizas commented on #54 Thanks! Yes, in a few hours I will send you this variations you propose for you to revise. Best, Oscar 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #54 Thanks! Andy 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #54 I do like your black cork though, even though it is white in the video. 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #54 Here is an old video of poppatop in action. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GmqSHQSAhTo 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #54 Also, on the confetti, it does not go back down into the bottle, because the bottle is still releasing carbonated air. Finally, I think we want to have just three colors in the logo... black font, green bottle, and confetti could be either all one color (blue??) Or a mix of two colors. 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #54 Hey, this logo is my top ranked after getting feedback from some folks. Thanks! And I like how the bottle is behind the P, linking text and image. few minor thoughts.. 1) can we use the green bottle and green bottle's shape from your other logo. 2) replace bubbles with 100% confetti, such as the moving strands in your green bottle logo but also some more confetti strips... 3) on the confetti for the product, it actually shoots out the cork, not the bottle. The confetti stream is tighter near the cork, then it widens a bit further below the cork. 6 years ago quizas commented on #62 Hey, do not worry, thanks for the message. Have a good weekend, Oscar 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #62 My apologies for the delay. At a family reunion. Will get feedback from folks tomorrow. 6 years ago quizas commented on #67 Thanks to you. You know, don't hesitate to ask for any variation you would to proof. Personally I think that the logo is more integrated whit the text now...is more compact and solid. 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #67 Thanks for the new drawings! I will get back to you tonight or tomorrow AM. 6 years ago quizas commented on #66 Hi, I send this version with the bottle more integrated with the text, and at the same time the cork/confetti is given more importance . Please, let me know your comments and don't hesitate to ask for any variation you need. Best, Oscar 6 years ago quizas commented on #62 Thanks!! I send you this version with confetti and a little more "explosive" Best, Oscar 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #54 This is pretty sweet! Wondering if the bottle can be slightly above the first "P" so that it doesn't overlap the "P". Also, can we try confetti instead of bubbles? Thanks! You are one of my faves. 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #29 This is good. I'll poll a bunch of friends to decide between you and the other artist. Don't trust my own artistic instincts. 6 years ago quizas commented on #29 Thanks for the feedback, I send you this revised version. Now is a little late here, tomorrow morning I will send you the confetti version. Best, Oscar 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #23 It's super creative. while I like how the first 'o' looks like arms shooting the cork from the bottle, people might think the name is Puppatop instead of Poppatop. That's why I suggested separating the bottle and letter. 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #23 Hi Oscar, This looks great and I like the reminder of sodastream! You are one of my top 2 here.. I'm wondering if the following could be done: 1. move the cork to about 2x the distance above the letters, towards the end of the word. Consider making it a bit larger, unless it looks weird. 2. make the first 'o' a complete 'o' with the bottle above the word. 3. make each bubble a little bigger and perhaps a few more. 4. as an alternative, instead of bubbles, confetti. 6 years ago quizas commented on #23 Thanks. I send you this variation based in your feedback. Please, don't hesitate to ask for any other proof you need. Best, Oscar 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #8 Just to clarify, I am not suggesting to replace the O with a bottle, but to have an O and the bottle situated somewhere. 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #8 Maybe the bottle could be a color as well? 6 years ago APGOLDEN commented on #8 This is a fun logo. I like the flat, modern font. And the colors. Shooting the cork from the O is creative, but can the cork shoot out a bottle instead? And can the bubbles be in the wake of the cork? An alternative is to replace the bubbles with confetti. Thanks! 6 years ago quizas commented on #8 Please, feel free to ask for any variation you need. Kind regards from Barcelona. 6 years ago
