We like the action feel of #181, but we're not sure what it is doing. We liked the way PI stands apart in #180, but the I should be capitalized, and we're not digging the dot under the P. Could you also try some more colors; maybe warm things up a bit?
One thing we're still not getting is the idea of integrating people in teams. A lot of the more recent designs look too pixelated; we need some other way to convey the idea of bringing together multiple pieces or parts to make a cohesive whole. Maybe a network or strings weaving together somehow...
With oranges and reds - the info we entered in the profile says "Green and blue would be great; red and yellow probably not. Open to orange and grey if they feel right." So we're certainly open to orange, and would consider other stuff... we don't have much experience at this so we are trying to do our best with guidance but are very open to new ideas.
