Color Preferences
Pink is our primary color, but we are open to seeing a variety of colors. Pink, Black, and White seem to work well for our current style, but is lacking the "Excitement" we are looking for.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
You can see our current logo on www.pinkdisplays.com, and to see an example of the type of work we do. Please DO NOT try to mimick our current logo, as we are getting rid of it, and thus would not be here looking for a new one.

All -

Great work thus far, the entries look great. Here is our immediate feedback:

#4 & #5 (by Graphic Nature) - These definitely have our attention. We feel as if the heavy outlining is too aggressive in #4, but #5 is lacking the robust logo that #5 carries. Somewhere in between would fit...

#18 (by Fundesign) - I agree, the callout box stands out, but we feel like it's missing some creative design. We love the bold use of the word "Pink" and how it stands out in this case. The callout box is a great idea, but almost unnoticeable at a quick glance... something else needs to make it pop.

#19 (by Peachdz9) - Very artistic and creative, but is still missing something... maybe some revisions with a logo or abstract mark? I don't know, but we really like it so far...

#23 & #24 (by Cape Hate) - This is on target, the only problem is that the tiny "D" inside the "P" is too small and overlooked. Can we do some variations with making the D more noticeable? Maybe a version where the D is full size and fitted upside down and into the P (like shoes in a box)... The font is fantastic, if we can get the logo to stand out!

#26 (ChecMark) - This is very attractive, we are just worried that we cannot use it on White. Can you maybe do a variation with a white background and Spice it up a bit? The line/border is a bit too plain...

#27 (by Rogerson) - Just a bit too small for us, but we love the creativity. Larger please, maybe some more colors? Definitely going in the right direction...

GENERAL NOTE TO ALL -

We are noticing a lot of Red, or Purple being used... please work with HOT/FIERCE/RICH PINK when trying to establish the Pink Color in your design. Remember that it's also OK to use other colors as long as the Pink is somehow incorporated. Think outside the box, get creative. An Abstract Mark or Logo is ideal... so don't be afraid to use a PICTORAL MARK or EMBLEM to deliver the message. The Logo needs to convey to our customers that we take creative risks in designing and achieving their visual agendas.

Thank you all - we look forward to your entries.

After receiveing more entries, we realize that the main things that are catching our attention are the use of a bold in the font that is selected. We also like the use of a reflection or mirroring or the lettering or icon, please refer to #25 for this type of effect. Overall we like what we are seeing, but are not 100% on any idea just yet. Please keep submitting some more concepts and ideas.

Great submissions thus far - we are very excited about what we are seeing. We have taken a very strong liking to the font set and lettering used in #136, #28, #29, so if you can revise your best submission to run along that line, that would be helpful.

Thanks!
