I like the initial feel and polished look of the logo but the "S" as a dollar sign ($) would be misleading for anyone that saw this logo from an offline campaign since they wouldn't be able to enter the dollar sign into the url to find us.

I've taken the ".com" off of our business name as well.

As a side note, I consider a companies logo an additional form of relevancy, security and trustworthiness that compliments a website. Something I haven't seen yet that I'd like to see (please don't disregard your personal feedback when readng this)

Sorry, to finish my thought. Something I haven't seen yet that would be interesting is a play on the logo from the site dailyd.com. I like the downplay of the word "daily" and the emphasis on their D with the price tag. Maybe change it up to see a price tag around "Perks", but I don't want such a prominent pricetag, It should be understated and more to help frame the word Perks.

Please keep in mind that our entire site's color scheme will be based or at least similar to our logo, so please keep this in mind when playing with colors for the logo. If you think the color on a larger scale would be too distracting or obnoxious then don't use it. Thanks-
