Love these logos more.... still struggling with tying the graphic to Real Estate. Trying to think what I can suggest to do that. Maybe a key or some symbol of real estate subtly incorporated into the center or something... just thinking out loud. You are on the right track though.

Same with this... Love the overall layout and design - would like to see a version of the graphic to the left that has something to do with Southern California Real Estate. Perhaps a key or house outline as the center of the graphic.
