The icon portion is a solid stand alone design which is perfect for watermarking presentations and other gear such as coffee mugs, pens and key fobs.
We can adjust colors at anytime even after contest ends.
Design 2, This design incorporates 2 main elements and 1 hidden
1. Commercial, the stylized sky scraper(s) 2. Residential, the stylized negative white space
The hidden element is "Open Door" which is the main theme behind this concept. The Door (stylized skyscrapers) represent the successful transition from holding a property to either selling or leasing, basically the keys to the new home so to speak.
