What is the symbol in e middle? Compass? Looks great.
Would you try a few different colors? Gre, blue or black for text, and some sort of initial accent color?

Thanks. The palate I'm interested in at the moment is a charcoal grey for text and a dusty mauve or red rock color for accent. But I'm open to suggestions. Want the logo classic, but not completely corporate.
