It's 5 am my time, on fist cup of java. Yeah I am an early riser. When a contest is at the selection phase and ranked 70th at the time. it is never a good sign. which is why most LT designers withdraw.

The design is a distinctive style concept for the office branding, I agree that "DENTAL" should be worked in a wee bit more and I think I've accomplished that.

I am looking forward to uploading the revision and alternative layouts.

I apologize for the delayed response, Scott. The nature of my work makes it difficult to stay on top of this tournament the way that I would like to, and I know it's unfair to designers to leave you hanging like this. I'd really like to see the updates you have if you're still interested. This evening — about six hours ago — was the first chance I've had to really get ownership and other stakeholders' feedback, in person and all together, on this tournament. So, please do consider reinstating your design, as it has generated positive feedback. One specific thing that our owner has asked is if you could produce a variant where the ring of leaves is integrated into the name/font of the Old Oaks name. The other more general feedback for all designers is that he prefers leaves that appear straight (and upright) to those that he said appear limp or wilted. Your design here doesn't apply, as the circular motion is aided by the bend of the leaves. Anyway, I understand if you'd prefer not to resubmit, but I'd appreciate seeing what you have. Thanks again for all the work.

Just want you to know that we're moving some other designs into the top 5 today to see what some revisions look like. We like this design as one of our favorites (it's currently my favorite), but just wanted you to know that we're not dropping you down because of loss of interest — just wanted to give a couple other designers a shot before the next phase. If you think of a good way to make "Dental" a little larger, please let me know. Thanks for all your work!

This is very sharp. I like the updated font choice — feels like it works better with the overall design. Very nice work here.

I think this is definitely an improvement. My one remaining concern about this design is the relative small size of the word "dental." I can't really envision where it could go to allow it to be larger (thinking about 1/3 the scale of "Old Oaks"). But perhaps you have something in mind.

Color variant.

I have software which renders out how a design will stitch and it looks good.

Design #349 update with the revised oak leaf.

With san serif font. I've edited the oak leaf a wee bit I was not happy with the other style. Moving forward the new leaf will be used.

I'll swap out the text style for a San Serif font.

I normally withdraw in a contest where rankings are very low. It is a very good and attractive design. I know you have concerns with embroidering it will stitch.

I hope you'll consider reinstating your designs. Our team likes what they're seeing in your work — I like that it doesn't conform to the same look as a lot of the designs we're seeing. Thanks for your work and considering getting back into the mix: Our stakeholders haven't all had a chance to weigh in, so a lot can happen in the next few days.

The level of detail and complexity of this design won't work with our small print jobs and embroidery, but it does look very cool

Like the friendly simplicity of this design.

Thanks for these submissions. We don't tend to go for circular designs, but this is well done.
