I really like the concept and the colors. Where I build is not really a palm tree location though. Do you have a graphic similar without palm trees? Also, can you do the "Ocean View" and "Builders" in different colors?

Better, but not liking the yellow. How about some seagulls? And could I see it with the graphic on top of the lettering?
