That's the reason why I kept green in the middle.

I would like to see 2 simple versions of this design - 1) Make the part of the N that forms the arrows green and the rest white. 2) This may not work, but I'd like to see the arrow as solid (not 3 bars) and green with the rest of the N in white with the 3 bars. I hope that is not confusing.
