Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

I like the fresh style of the designing. The word "soccer" needs to be replaced with the word "select". I don't think that I want the "bring it on" saying in the logo itself for now,. If possible, is there a way to make the E slightly more visible? I would like to see if the state of ohio incorporated as an option, although I do like some of the designs without it. We are located in the Cleveland Metro area, so right now the part of Ohio that is starred is closer to Toledo so it would have to shift.

I like #10 the best, but would like to see if the NEO Select can be coming out of the state more centrally from where the Cleveland/ Parma/ Strongsville area would be, which is Central but North.

I like elements of all 8 that I have ranked, but it seems difficult to pull them together. I want the state of ohio represented, like the emblem feel, but any of the emblems seem too simple, or the use of only 3 colors makes them lose the effect. Example, entry 10 the N and the O don't seem as nice as entry #4 . Like #19, but seems too simple and just not quite there either.
